“Company” is Respected Lawyers, LLC

“Consume” includes use, visit, view, access, interact with, transmit, receive, download, or any equivalents.

“Consuming” includes using, visiting, viewing, accessing, interacting, transmitting, receiving, downloading, or any equivalents.

“Content” includes anything provided on, from, through, or by Website, including but not limited to: information, data, files, software, graphics, images, videos, multimedia, or materials.

“Terms of Use” is everything on this page.

Acceptance

By Consuming Content, you signify (1) your agreement to the Terms of Use, and (2) your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use, and (3) your agreement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Consume Website outside of the United States,
  • distribute, transfer, share, or make available Content to any other person or computer without prior written permission from Company (Terms of Use does not constitute prior written permission from Company),

Permission

If you were not previously granted a temporary license which terminated according to the Terms of Use, then you are hereby granted a temporary license to download Content for transitory viewing.

This temporary license shall automatically terminate if you violate any restrictions contained in the Terms of Use. If your temporary license is terminated, Company prohibits you from Consuming Website.

The designation of the titles “Respected Lawyer” and “Respected Lawyers” are opinions that Company made based on a review of various criteria about the lawyers and law firms in our directory. No representation is made that any quality services performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.

Accuracy of Content

Content could include technical, typographical, photographic errors, or any other conceivable errors. Consuming Content is at your own risk. Company may make changes to Content at any time without notice. However, Company does not make any commitment to update Content.

Modifications

The Terms of Use may be revised at any time without notice. At the time of any of Consuming Content or Consuming Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Use in existence during the Consuming Content or Consuming Website.

Governing Law

The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
